To secure the future of our firm and its continual development, our total quality policy is; to meet our customers’ requirements in a time efficient manner via developing technology, by improving the efficiency of our quality assurace system and creating productive processes that fully exceed the expectation of our customers.

  Our Employee Health and Labour Safety Policy : Is to create a work place for the employees in compliance with employee health and labour safety standards, thereby accomplishing the "zero accident" objective.

  Human Resources Policy : Is to fulfil our employees’ personal and occupational development and to increase their satisfaction continously.

  Our Environmental Policy : As a corporation, contributing to the national economy, we at Ağırman Makina are conscious of our soccial responsibilities and attach great importance to human beings and to the environment which we inhabit .As such, we fully comply with all environmental regulations in our manufacturing processes and provide our staff with the necessary training, in these areas.

  Training : Great importance is given to personnel training in Ağırman Makina. Such training begins with an comprehensive introduction to the work place and adaptive training when employees join the company. In order to maximize personnel efficiency and production quality, continues training is given on the operation of the lathe and other reliated machinery. Additionally, training continues in the matters of measuring tools and measuring techniques, technical documentation , workplace safety, fire safety, employee feedback systems, zero–fault system, cleaning and care and quality control system.
